Sandra Channell
is a wonderfully personable agent who has the experience and
wherewithal to get you through the purchasing process. She
foresaw all the possible twists and turns and never failed
to keep myself, my wife and the purchase on the right
course. The home we purchased was not a short sale and not a
foreclosure, nor bank owned (very grey). It also had four
liens against it. The purchase took around 3 months to
complete. It was tedious and painstaking work and was
executed to perfection. We are extremely happy in our new
home and owe a debt of gratitude to Sandra.
In short, Sandra Channell really "Rocks the house!!!".

Dear Sandy,
Don and I would like to thank
you for your efforts on our behalf.
Being from out of state, we
did not have a real estate contact in Arizona. We were lucky enough to find you
at an open house we attended.
While the home you were
showing turned out to be too small, we found that we liked your presentation of
the home. With that in mind we asked you to help us find the perfect home to
meet all of our needs in a price range we could afford. No small task! You spent
many hours with us looking at homes on the market.
In the end we opted to have a
home built. Little did we know what an awesome job you would do to keep us
informed during the construction process. The pictures you have taken during the
construction have been most welcome. Every time we get a new batch of pictures
we are amazed at how the home is coming along. You seem to know just which
pictures will be most important to us and you remembered which rooms we had
earmarked for specific use.
In closing we would just like
to say that we find your professionalism and you ability to anticipate your
clients needs second to none. We would not hesitate to recommend you services to
