As a real estate professional, I am constantly amazed at the number of properties, floor plans and facts I can keep in my head. On a perfect day, all the data is organized in my mental computer.

But to be certain that I have it right, I use a real computer and a database to keep records. That way I can be sure that the buyer and I see the right homes for their needs. We are constantly eliminating those homes that lack the features or amenities you prefer, so you see fewer homes.

The Internet and the MLS give us a well-organized inventory, but I'm constantly searching for new inventory, so you can see the freshest inventory, and have a chance to be first.
